    • Company Deregistration
    A HK company can apply for deregistration if it satisfies the following:
    1. all members of the company agree.
    2. the company has never carried on any business, or has already ceased business for more than 3 months.
    3. the company will not start/resume business in the future.
    4. the company will sell the unsold stock, landed property and securities, if any.
    5. the company has no outstanding liabilities.
    6. the company has no outstanding obligations under the Inland Revenue Ordinance (including no tax return(s) not
      7. yet submitted, no unanswered enquiries from the Inland Revenue Department and no unsettled objections or appeals in respect of assessments raised)
